“Can I get a discount if I only participate 1 day or don’t spend te night?”
No, due to administrative reasons we cannot offer discounts.

“How can I experience the ETDS if I’m short on cash?”
If you become a super volunteer, you can attend the ETDS for free. We will arrange your food, drinks and a place to sleep. However, you cannot join any of the competitions.

“How do I sign up for the ETDS?”
You can sign up via your Team Captain.

“How do I pay for the ETDS?”
This also is arranged via your Team Captain and dancing association. They will give you an account number and a DEADline before which you need to pay. Make sure you pay in time, or else your spot will be given to someone else.

“Does signing up give me a guarantee that I can participate?”
Unfortunately, no. Due to the amount of registrations we will use a lottery system. Your team captain will inform you of the results.

“Is there a chance I will go through the lottery system without my dancing partner?”
No, if you sign up together, you are either both in, or both out.

“Unfortunately I need to cancel, what do I do?”
Please cancel your registration with your team captain. He/she will let us know and we will try to fill your place. Beware: Depending on when you cancel, you might not get your participation fee back, or only part of it.

“Can I have different partners for ballroom and latin?”
Yes, you can. You are allowed dance ballroom and latin with different partners..
