Cost

The indication of the costs for the ETDS will be as follows:

• Students: €75
• Non-students/PhD-students: €95

Included are participation to the ballroom and latin tournament, 1 midnight snack, 3 x breakfast, 2x lunch and 2 x dinner (Saturday and Sunday).

Payments will be done via your Team Captain.

There are different types of drink bottles for sale in the dance hall, namely cola, spa blue, spa red, apple juice, orange juice, orange. The cost for bottled drinks is € 2.50 per bottle and € 0.50 deposit. There is also sparkling wine available for € 4.50. Payment for this can be done appropriately in cash or via a coupon card. This card can be purchased in the amounts of € 10 and € 20. Unused credit can of course be exchanged for cash.

Unfortunately there is only limited space in the safe ACLO building. Preferably we would accept everyone, but unfortunately this isn’t possible. This is why we will use a lottery system. This will take place on the 6th of July, the 21th of July and the 10th of August. Your team captain will inform you if you are one of the lucky ones who will enjoy the safe and fun ETDS. Your team captain will also inform you within which period your payment needs to be in. Be sure you pay in time, or else your spot will be cancelled and someone else will take your place.
