Tanzmausregels

Der Maus, the only thing that can safe us from the Dancers! This, of course, is the main reason every team wants to win Der Maus..

During the competition you’ll dance with one or two partners (max. 1 per discipline), but eventually how well you do in competition will earn you points for your team. In order to compete for Der Maus your team needs to consist of a minimum of 10 dancers. It is allowed to merge smaller teams, as long as they’re still smaller than the largest non-merged team.

During the tournament you need to collect points. The team with the most points will be allowed to take Der Maus home and be protected from the Dancers. There’s several ways to earn points:

  • Dancing: Every couple you defeat in competition earns you points.
  • BlindDEAD: Dancing with someone from a different team (via BlindDEAD) will earn you points.
  • Volunteering: By taking up volunteering tasks during the tournament, you’ll also earn points.

The points for the several components will be added up and divided by the number of team members in your team. The team with the highest average score will win Der Maus and the only remedy for the Dancers!
